I an using my Samsung galaxy S8 to open email attchements and pdf documents online and I keep getting an error message:
'This file cannot be accessed. Check the network or location and try again'
how can i resolve this?
I have cleared the cache on both my email account and adobe and still same problem.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, have you tried downloading and saving the PDF file locally in your phone and then tried opening it with the Adobe Reader mobile app?
Make sure that the Adobe Reader mobile app is set as the default app for opening the PDF files on your phone, for steps, you can refer to How to make Acrobat Reade default Android app for pdfs?
