how to submit a form by email on a android using an Outlook app

I have create a fillable form that works correctly on a pc that has Outlook 2016 installed on it. At the bottom I have a button whose action is to mailto:cfish@blowfish.com

This action works great on any pc that has Outlook installed.

But, I also need the users to be able to send the form from their smartphones & tablets (both Androids), which only has the Outlook app installed for their emails.

When the button is clicked, no action happens. I guess I will need to tell the form where to look, since full Outlook is not installed. But I am not sure how to do it.

I am using Acrobat 2017

This feature is not working yet on Android.
