Our company has used this app for a few years now to complete our customer receipt/work tickets. Our Techs email a flattened copy to the customer and the office. however with the latest update of IOS it gives us issues like deleting the whole ticket before sending

This message relates to losing changes made on documents using the iOS app.

I updated to 18.01.22 about a week ago. This morning, I was editing a PDF which I opened from Onedrive. When I hit the "back" arrow to close the document, basically the edited document just disappeared and was not uploaded to Onedrive. There were no error messages. The document is nowhere to be found, except for the version on Onedrive prior to my edits. The "recent" listing had the earlier, unedited, version of the document. I was on a train and did not have a high quality connection.

To clarify, I opened the document, which was stored on Onedrive, from within the Adobe app by accessing the "More locations" tab and selecting onedrive.
