I just purchased Adobe and I unable to access my account? I receive a notification telling to restore my service in My accounts, but it won’t allow me to restore my purchase

As you have purchased the service, please check if you can view your services listed under the Adobe account.
You can sign in to the Adobe account using this link https://account.adobe.com/
Use the Adobe ID (email address ) that you used to purchase the service to sign in to the account.
You have mentioned that you get the notification to restore the purchase.
Could you please share the screenshot of the emssage?
Also, share the application and OS version on the device.

I'm currently having this problem right now, I had to get anew device and now I don't have access to any of my premium features and I don't know what to do at this point but it is very irritating
