Can't sign a signable document

Hello. I'm just trying to sign this document where it asks for "Employee Signature." As you can see from the document extensions on the left, the pdf should be available to sign. But the sign and fill is greyed out. Its also not letting me fill in the date. Please help. On a deadline! Thank you, Andrew.

      Hi,

      I am currently in the process of filling out a visa application & have tried everything to sign my document, including your tip as below. Digitally Sign is greyed out.

      The security options say that signing & filling forms are allowed yet I am not able to. I am also on a deadline so feeling rather frustrated. Please help!
