How to remove Adobe Arm?

I need to remove Adobe Arm that is starting up with an error on an older windows XP machine.  The machine does not have internet.

The best is not to use command line options or delete files manually.

If you have another machine with internet access, download new Updater installer file from the link I provided.

Then use flash drive to transfer this file to the machine that has the issue and run installation.

Hey Leo.  The computer I am working on does not have internet.  Need another method.  Using command prompt didn't do ti either.  Have deleted virtually all Adobe programs on the computer.
