Missing "button" Document cloud in Adobe Reader DC

In Czech version Adobe Reader DC is missing Document cloud "button" on the home page. Why? What is wrong?

Hello @bintaleb 

I had the same problem and eventually reinstalling the app directly from Adobe website fixed it
