PDF shows partial contents on the screen when received by email

Hello,

We receive PO by PDF file from one of our customers.

For last few times, their PDF files show only their default portion, but they do not show any order details on the screen.

It comes out okay only when we print the PDF, but the actual file still does not display on the screen.

Could you help us to resolve this issue, please?

All other PDF files received by email turn out fine.

Yes, is there any pattern to what is missing (I mean, for example, all the text in one font, all the pictures, or all the form fields?)

When you view it, does the window specifically say Acrobat Reader at the top? (Not asking what is installed but what it says)

What do you see on the screen when you open it?

Save the file to desktop, open in Acrobat Reader. Email PDF previewers are notoriously problems.
