Getting "Not authorised" error in Microsoft Flow /Power Automate

I've been running"convert Word to PDF" as part of a Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) job for a long time, but yesterday it had suddenly stopped working.

I get a "Not authorised" error code, but my IT management ensures they have changed nothing on my account, credentials og right level.
