RestSharp type initializer exception on api constructor

I've .net 6.0 service
I've built and included the dlls and namespaces as per instructions here
C#: Acrobat Sign SDK — Acrobat Sign SDK Downloads (adobe.com)

Every call to create ANY api instance throws an issue with the type initializer for RestSharp.

Anyone had a similar issue?
