Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin "Save As" tab missing from Word

Enterprise environment -
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
I noticed the "Save as PDF" tab will not show inside of Microsoft Word on launch.

I can check the box and enable it but at times the load behavior will show "unloaded"

This causes me to enable it. When I close Word, the "Save as Adobe PDF" tab is no longer there the next time that I launch Microsoft Word. I have attempted the work-around to no avail.
