Adobe Acrobat xi Configuration Error: 16
Hi there,
After spending 15 minutes waiting for one of your support staff using the chat option (who couldn't help as they don't assist with older products), I have been forced to come here and ask a question that appears to of been asked many times previously.
I have recently installed Adobe Acrobat xi Pro (not the cloud version) onto a machine that is being used by a staff member, the install went well but when I tried to run the program I get the Configuration Error: 16.
I have followed the instructions set out on this page, but this hasn't resolved the issue. I have also tried uninstalling the software (including using the removal tool provided by Adobe) but this hasn't helped at all.
I have also read that you need to run the program as an administrator, but this isn't fee-sable as this is being used in an enterprise environment. If someone could please assist it would be greatly appreciated as I work for a Charity and we don't have the time or money to go out and purchase a newer version of your software.
