Hi Ronierz,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, would it be possible to disable the Apex One Endpoint solution and check the behavior.

Also, whitelist the Acrobat.exe and AcroRd32.exe in Apex one to the Trusted Programs List and check.

reference location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcrRD32.exe and C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe
