Convert in PDF/A - standard ISO 19005

Hi, i have to instal standard iso 19005 to convert files in PDF/A with Adode DC on macOS. I need to create the "profile", there is some download to install?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. You can convert a pdf file to PDF/A using Preflight tool in Acrobat. Refer to the steps given in the following link for the same: PDF/X-, PDF/A-, and PDF/E-compliant files (Adobe Acrobat Pro)
