Custom dynamic stamp not updating after first use.

When using a custom dynamic stamp, it displays all of the info correctly the first time.  When a 2nd user (or the same user)tries to use the same stamp at a later time, the "ghost" stamp displays all of the correct information, but once the stamp is actually used it copies the username and timestamp of the first time it was used.  How can I fix this?

I actually did not use the custom stamp creator, I created an image with javascript to post the user account/time and then placed the pdf into the stamps directory.  It worked great, until someone needed to use the same stamp a second time on a document.  I guess I need to remake all the stamps with the stamp wizard?

There is actually a little bit more involved in creating a custom dynamic stamp. And, you would _NOT_ use  "stamp wizard", that will not create a custom dynamic stamp. See here for more information:https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/dynamic_stamp_secrets

Make sure that the internal stamp name starts with a '#' - this will force the stamp script to be executed every time you are placing the stamp.

Where can I find this property? I have been looking with no success yet.

Did you create the stamp? If so, you must have assigned a name to it when you created the page template. If you did not create the stamp, talk to the person who did.

Another bit of info, when using the adobe custom stamps, this problem does not reproduce.  What document property holds onto this info?
