How can I insert a dynamic pie chart into a form?

I am making a form to send to all employees with data from a very large database.  The form itself I created in excel, then converted to a pdf and used Adobe form generator to create the fields from which adobe will read the database and auto generate the figures.  (I have a mail-merge plug in to help with all of this and the form works perfectly.)  I would like to include a pie graph generated by several of the form fields from the information from each employee's data.  This graph works in excel, but how do I get that coding into the form generator?

To complicate matters, there is hopes that data bars could also be generated, however, this is not necessary.

I only have document cloud.  It is my understanding that illustrator may be able to generate such a graph that could be inserted into the pdf form.  Other than this one graph, I myself have no other use for illustrator.  I do have a co-worker that has the full creative cloud suite and therefore access to illustrator.  Is it possible for her to create the graph and insert it into my form?  Or is the only way through java script? (I hope not.)

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, bars are possible, to some extent, using a lot of scripting... But pie-charts are virtually impossible, or extremely difficult to implement, I think.

You can't include such dynamic elements in a PDF file.
