I am getting the following error when I try to preflight a PDF in Acrobat Pro DC...Internal error: Preflight Library initialization of global failed! Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

• Are you encountering this error on a single file or all the files?
• Have you ever created any new Preflight library or changed on this machine?
