Is there any way to edit the main right-click context menu?

In the main view page, if I select a piece of text and right-click, I have the option adding a strikethrough. I rarely need to do this, but often want to add an underline. It seems like adding an underline using the right-click context menu would be faster and more intuitive than opening the Comment tools or using the Quick Tools at the top of the page.

Is there any way to remove the "Strikethrough Text" option in the context menu and replace it with an option to add an underline?
