Lock a field box in Acrobat DC

I have written an agreement form and want to have some fields that are editable for me but once I send not editable for my client.

I only need them to fill in 3 boxes but not the other 8 where I will write in the conditions of their agreement.

right now it appears they can edit all boxes and I'm not sure how to lock it without disabling my own ability to edit the form.
