I have a screen shot turned into a pdf that I need to create mouseovers for details.  I have acrobat 10 pro, and have followed the steps and tried creating buttons but no luck, any thoughts??

[Title shortened for clarity by moderator. Was “I have acrobat 10 and am trying to create several mouseovers and have not been successful after following the steps to set up buttons.  Can anyone help with this?”]

You need to provide some more information about what exactly you tried, and what the results were.

I opened the pdf, using the tools panel, placed a button over the location I want the mouseover to pop up, go to properties in the button, type the tooltip I want to appear with the mouseover,  make it hidden, not read only, and set an action to mouse enter- show/hide a field- select show.  then create a second action for mouse exit - show hid a field - select hide.  close the tool box, but it is not creating the mouseover.   I have searched online also and can't seem to find any info.  Thanks for any help

You've combined two methods of doing it, but that won't work. You can either use the tooltip property, but then the field must be visible and not read-only, or you can use the mouse enter/exit events to show/hide another field, which contains the popup text.
