MS Word Mail Merge to PDF with Header Line Driving Naming Convention
Hello All:
I have MS Word 2016 which i created a mail merge driven from Excel input that works perfectly in the naming conventions driven by the header row place a unique facility name to the Word Output for each letter. They would like me to generate this to a PDF. I have attempted to do the same process of the mail merge to work the same process but it outputs one naming convention that is choosen for the PDF with numbers differentiating the output.... So instead of Acme home Care Centers 1-17 (multiple outputs here to 17 etc) in output. I know get something like PDFMAILER1-4000 or Facility1-4000. This does not assist automation to create PDF's that have to be sorted into buckets or folders. I know i have the option to email and drive off a field but i would like to be able to drive it off a field in a header row like in mail merge and group my output. I would just have a few spreadsheet if they were able to group within a handful of names but again many choices means to many to do. I am hoping someone has had this issue and knows how to resolve the process.
