Not able to create .PDF from .dwg file

I am using Acrobat Pro DC. I am getting following error when try to create .pdf from .dwg file

An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

Any help will be appreciated.

Did this just start and it used to work or has it never worked?

Which version of Acrobat Pro DC? (numbers)
Mac: Acrobat > About
Win: Help > About

What version of AutoCad?

What is your OS and version?

Hello,

Details are as follows:

Acrobat Pro DC version: 2019.0.10.20100 (windows)

AutoCAD : 2020 (64 bit)

OS : Windows 10 1803

Printing does work for me with Acrobat Pro DC and AutoCAD 2019 combination.

Problem is when I shifted to AutoCAD 2020.

I am getting following error while printing from AutoCAD and also while trying to convert .pdf from the “.pdf from File” option from “Create” Menu of Adobe Pro DC.

An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

I have also searched for the compatible DC option for AutoCAD and got following information:

AutoCAD 2020 is not mentioned here. Is AutoCAD 2020 not supported using Adobe Pro dc?
