Save as Adobe PDF from PowerPoint text overlapping images

We have a PowerPoint file that is a 8 1/2 x 11 landscape file. On all the computers in the office we are able to select the save as Adobe PDF option and we get a file that looks exactly like the PowerPoint.

We have one computer that for some reason the text overlaps the background images when we preform this conversion. It is as if the formatting gets changed.  It happens when we use the built in save as PDF feature as well.

It is weird because the issue only happens on one device. Same file and same settings as all the other computers. What could be causing the text to shift when we convert the PowerPoint to PDF?
