Sharepoint files do not show up in the Document Cloud interface in Acrobat DC Pro.

I have successfully connected to my sharepoint site inside of adobe reader DC pro.  I see lists of directories of my libraries, but when I enter the library, there are not files.  Is there something else I need to do?

I am the creater of the site, and have full control for all content on the SP site.  I can see/edit/create/delete items in all libraries in the SP interface.

Everything looks good, just no files appear.  Any ideas?

Thank you.

This isnt a solution, but I did determine that libraries with >5000 items do not show files.  I suppose this is related to the 5000 item limit to views in SP.  So, this is the reason why.  There is apparently no way to filter results in the Adobe interface, so I think this function is worthless for those larger libraries.  Not until the limit can be averted, or you can do some search to limit results.

I found this instruction, but i'm told by my IT department that this is not for sharepoint online.  Is there an alternate procedure for SP online??

This must work.  The fact that I can see the folders on my SP site tells me that the connection is made.  Where are the files??

Am I the only one trying to do this?  Seems like my message is stragely silent.
