Unable to disable Outlook add-in

I want to remove the Outlook add-in included with the installation of Adobe Acrobat DC " Adobe Send & Track for Microsoft Outlook – Acrobat" on our rds servers.

i have created the bAdobeSendPluginToggle. Since there are sites with the value 0 and with value 1 i tried both. Rebooted the server. Still users have the addin enabled. I have also tried the bToggleSendAndTrack on cServices. But this also did not do the trick.

Anyone? How to disable this add in.

We are able to disable add-in but inevitably it turns itself back on and, since this is an RD server, we have disable for all.  How can I remove "Send and Track"?

I am hoping for some help from Adobe.  We have 54 licenses and need some help.  Can someone provide help?

Please share your answer in this forum. I have the same issue.  We do not use this add-in and disabling it in Outlook is only temporary. When it turns on automatically, the time attaching files is excessively long and eventually crashes the email losing all text.

The RD server is running Acrobat 2017.
