Hi,

Just so I get this stright. The difference and available functions logged in with a user with an Acrobat Pro licence and not logged in is rather small. Is this as it should be? Anyway to get more of Pro experience online?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As per the screenshot, it looks right. The options will be there, however, you may not be able to access/ use all the feature if you are logged in using a free Adobe ID. This is as designed behavior. There is no changes that can be made here.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you are experiencing any issues.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

About your question here: "Anyway to directly open and edit files which reside in SharePoint with the Desktop client Acrobat Pro?" Are you looking for the option to open the PDF in Acrobat Pro DC desktop application directly from the Sharepoint?

If yes, please refer the the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/access-sharepoint-files.html.
