Conversions are failing both locally and on web-based ExportPDF service across multiple machine and multiple files. Double-checked account status and is ACTIVE with no bills due. Trying to convert from pdf to docx. Please advise?

Hi QuantaConsulting,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with ExportPDF. Can you please tell us a bit more about what's happening when you try to convert? Are you getting an error message, and if so, what is it?

For starters, please do the following:

  • Choose Help > Check for Updates in Adobe Reader to make sure that you have the most current version.
  • Clear the browser cache and try converting again.
  • Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
