I have adobe pro. Today when trying to send out a document it is not recognizing the different signature panels I have already placed, prior to sending. It is say to make some or they will be placed at the end of the document. This has not happned before.

Please ensure that the signature field is added for all the recipients added to the list as per the role assigned to each one. The message generally appears when you leave a signature field for a recipient.
Also, check if you have made any settings to add a particular signature field. If so, that also causes this error message to appear. Check the account settings.

THank you, you are correct that for one person I had it as initials only, however it MUST be a signature (kind of unfortunate but not the end of the world).
