Export to PDF not working

I can no longer see the export button to export the pdf to ppt or word. I was able to do this two weeks ago, any suggestions?

    Hello Angelahm,

    We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

    If you are using freeware Adobe Reader Desktop application to export PDF and not getting the export option, please sign out and reboot the machine. Launch Adobe Reader back and sign back in and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine again after updating them and then try exporting any PDF.

    If the issue still persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    For more troubleshooting, refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

I have checked the records with your Adobe ID and found that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC team license, try exporting the PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

    If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader Desktop application of paid Acrobat Pro DC to export PDF and not getting the export option, please sign out and reboot the machine. Launch Adobe Reader or Acrobat back and sign back in and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine again after updating them and then try exporting any PDF.

    Почему у меня при экспорте в PDF одни козябры. Не мугу прочитать нормально текст.
