Files got deleted automatically

I saved my pdf files on(adobe acrobat reader cloud): https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/?x_api_client_id=anonymous_home&x_api_client_location=google

They started getting deleted automatically few days ago. So many of them are missing already. I could not talk to support as I only needed free space offered in cloud. Somebody or anybody, please help out.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, the files get deleted automatically from the Adobe Acrobat Online account.

Generally, the files cannot be deleted automatically from the account. They need to be deleted manually.

Please ensure that you are using the same credentials to access the account used while saving the files.

Could you please confirm how you are saving the files on the Adobe Document Cloud? Are you directly uploading from the online account?

Or are you using any desktop or mobile application to upload the files to the Adobe Document Cloud?

I am using mobile application. As mentioned in my title and description, my files were automatically deleted. I am using the same credentials with which I am posting in this thread.

Please look into it. I will buy your subscription if you could solve my problem.

Hey Naman,

Did you check if you can access the files after uploading them to Acrobat Cloud Storage?

It might be possible that the files were not uploaded correctly, or you might have saved them in some other folder.

As you uploaded the files from the mobile application, please check if it is saved locally on the device storage.

Could you please confirm the time frame when the fields were saved to the Acrobat Cloud Storage? Share the number of files that appears to be missing.
