    Hi trin,

I'm sorry that your subscription didn't meet your needs.

I see that you just subscribed to ExportPDF. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund. Would you like me to take care of that for you?

    Best,

    Sara

    Hi Sarah,

If you could, that'll be great since I have no use for it. I was under the impression from what I read before paying it that there will be no refund. Thank you if you can make that happen. Are there any other options that could help me with my problem though. I still need to be able to convert many more files into .pdf format, not .PDF. Please let me know.

    Thank you again.

    Hi,

How are you uploading the files?  When I upload a file named file1.pdf on my Mac to cloud.acrobat.com, it shows up there are file1.pdf (not file1.PDF or FILE1.PDF). Is this not happening for you?

Hi Bob, thanks for responding. I'm uploading to the U.S.P.T.O..gov website. It's done automatically there. If it helps any, I'm using my desktop computer and I know it's outdated. I'm clueless on this one. I'm not understanding why.

You’ll have to ask them why they are converting the files names. Adobe has nothing to do with that website.

    Good luck!
