I Have the creative cloud membership and I used to be able to edit pdf documents, but now I can neither edit them nor convert them into word, which I was also used to be able to. I can only insert text on top of the file and thext already there. This is not what I need. I do not understand since I am still paying for the creative cloud membership?

Were you using Adobe Acrobat to Edit the files ?
What is the OS that you're using?
Is it happening with all the files ?
