How can I transfer my subscription to another computer?

My laptop containing Acrobat XI had to be replaced. How do I transfer my subscription to a new computer?

I logged in an downloaded the program to a new computer, but it installed it as a trial version.

    Have you tried logging in to your account from the new version? Do you receive an errors when you try to log in?
