Hi coryc92453652 & martinq39200901,

Open Acrobat Pro DC, navigate to Help menu & select SignOut/Deactivate.

Relaunch Acrobat Pro DC, navigate to Help menu & select SignIn/Activate. Sign In using your Adobe ID to activate the subscription.

Now open your PDF files in Acrobat Pro DC to Edit them. Let me know if you still experience any issue.

Regards,
Aadesh

Hi coryc92453652,

Adobe Document Cloud services are online Acrobat services. To edit a PDF Acrobat Help | Editing PDFs you will require Acrobat application. Not possible using free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
