I purchased a subscription for Adobe

    ExportPDF<https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signIn.html?trackingid=ISNAH>

    to

convert a pdf to a word doc. When I open the word doc I can't edit bc the

there is a text box that I can't write over top. Did I waste my money?

The name implied to me that I was exporting the pdf into something else. It

changed the pdf to a word doc.I looked up how to edit a pdf and this is how

it was recommended from your site. I am very upset as I have a document

that is way overdue and want a refund so I can afford to download the

    proper installation.

If you have converted the PDF document into word then you need to open the document into Microsoft word for editing.

And if you want to edit a PDF document then you need to have the Acrobat XI professional to edit the PDF document.
