Have one giant report with text, graphs, and tables.  Want to export selected tables to Excel.  Adobe Export seems to want to export the whole thing.  Is there a way to export selected tables?

Hi Vn26637814,

As explained above, the functionality you are looking for is not available currently.

If you use the function "Export PDF" then this would export the entire document that is selected to convert.

This is a default behavior of the application which can not be changed.

You can save that particular page as a different PDF document and then can export that single page to Excel sheet.

You can try this work around suggested below that might help you a bit.

  • Open the file in Acrobat and click on the "Page Thumbnail" at the side bar

  • Select the page you want to "Export" and right click.
  • Select "Print Pages" and Choose "Adobe PDF" as "Printer" options.
  • Save a copy of the page in your system.
  • Now you can "Export" this particular page as Excel sheet.

Hope this help.

Regards,

Akanchha
