I Have recently renewed but only got an email confirmation.  I need an VAT invoice for accounts?

    Hi Max,

    The VAT number will be included in the invoice from the date it has been incorporated in your billing details, previous invoices will not get the VAT ID included as you had been charged.

    I've got the VAT number in my billing details, but it is not on my invoices 😞 I must have the VAT number on my invoices from September 2021

    Hi,

    Your invoices do not contain sufficient information for my employer to reclaim VAT. For example, your VAT number isn't on the invoice.

    How can I get hold of a full, comprehensive invoice containing the necessary details?
