Hi! We have Adobe acrobat profesional at the company, but the one using it is no longer an employee. We still pay the bills for it and we now want to download it to a new computer. How do we make that happen?
We also want to change our VAT number on the bills for us and change the e-mail adress where we receive the bills. How do we do that?
What sort of license was purchased for Acrobat Pro? Retail or volume license? Subscription or permanent license? Do you have the password for the Adobe ID used to register it and the serial number if any?
Yes, we have the password to log in. It have been working to use it on another computer since the employee left the company, but not now on this new computer. I don't know if it was a retail or volume license or serial number. Is it nessessary? If so, I could look after it more.

You don't know if it's volume license or retail, let's assume it's retail for now. Volume licenses are controlled by a person in the company and can be given out and taken back. These are a better choice for staff.
You say you can not use it the new computer. Why not? What happens?
Perhaps you can see the info on this invoice that we got. The question we're asking is how to download it to this new computer? We have not got a volume licens because we only need it on one computer. I can't find how to download it without pressing "Buy" - we're aldready paying for it.
This is not an invoice for Acrobat, but for ExportPDF, a subscription add-on for the free Acrobat Reader.

You should look in the account on Adobe.com. There may be a Cancel button. If there is no Cancel button you need to contact Adobe Customer Service.
The price for an Acrobat Pro subscription is SEK 180 each month, while ExportPDF is SEK 194 each year.
