how to make changes to converted file, from PDF to Word?

Are you unable to select the text when you open the converted file in Word? For starters, try triple-clicking the text. If that doesn't work, it may be that the page was converted as a graphic, not as selectable text. Do you know whether the original PDF was created from a scanned document? If so, make sure that you're allowing ExportPDF to perform optical character recognition on the file. OCR is enabled by default, but can be disabled in Reader, if you converted your file there. Finally make sure that the correct language is selected for "Document Language for Text Recognition."
