Logged in and cannot obtain to edit a Word File.

    Hi john a knoll,

    Are you receiving an error message when you try to convert files? If so, what is it?


    Can you please tell us a bit more about the files that you're trying to convert, and whether you're converting via the web interface, or through Adobe Reader?

    I look forward to hearing back from you so we can get this sorted out.

    There are no error messages, I think I found the problem. The Word file has been doc. As a ‘Final’ and therefore will not allow me to change it.

    Was the file marked as final after the conversion? Or did that happen when you converted from PDF to Word? Would be odd, if that happened, but good to know if it did, so we can look into it.
