Mac / Apple Document could not be printed / No pages selected

Seen a few of these and did the recommended adobe preferences too.  Not with standing Chat said they were going to call.. still waiting and got through to only be on hold indefinitely.   

 

All my other programs print to prob and even if export the PDF to word or excel it will Print.

However, the PDF will not print.

As a paying customer over 10 years, and unable to get Adobe support noting we are trying add new team members, Adobe has made it very difficult to do business.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Acrobat. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. If you are using the new version of Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates.

Hi, I have the same issue. I own Acrobat 2017 Pro on a Mac, and it doesn't print. Same documents can be printed on AcrobatReader!

I tried to update the app but I wasn't alowed to choose the app (see attached). All options are grey.

Acrobat 2017 is an old version that has already reached the end of its lifecycle. Please refer to the following help document for more information: https://adobe.ly/3TOa8Oc

 

However, you may want to check if the application is updated to the latest version. Launch the application and then go to the Help menu > Check for updates.
