"PDF files containing XFA forms cannot be saved to the specified format." - Can I convert them, or am I able to get a refund?

I purchased Adobe ExportPDF for the sole purpose of changing 6 files to Word documents; I was forced to purchase as there are no longer any trials. Now I find that I am unable to convert these due to: "PDF files containing XFA forms cannot be saved to the specified format.". I am extremely upset and disappointed with this and would like to ask is there any way to convert them, or am I able to get a refund?

Hi zoebat,

Please see Re: Trying to convert a pdf that contains xfa forms to word.

If that isn't going to work for you, I would be happy to cancel your subscription and process a refund.

Best,

Sara
