My macbook which had all of my adobe files saved onto it has recently broken and I am unable to get to my files, how can I recover these adobe files on a different computer? The files aren't shoeing up in my recently deleted folder or on the cloud or in the archive folder but is there a way that I can get them back?

Hi Lucy27852119yfoj,

Thank you for reaching out.

As Test Screen Name mentioned, if you have saved the files locally on the machine, it is impossible to recover them.

However, if you have saved them on Adobe document cloud, you can check them on your Acrobat online account.

Open the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe ID. Then go to the Documents tab and then Your documents.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

If you only saved them to the old Mac, and you didn't make a backup, they are gone.
