When trying to convert pdf to Word I receive error message: "An error occurred while trying to access the service."

I am able to logon to my Adobe account without difficulty, so I am perplexed. Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Are you trying to do the conversion in Adobe Reader or from https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?  If the former, what version of Adobe Reader are you using? We recommend that you upgrade (free) to the latest version -- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
