Where is my converted file?

I just paid for a subscription to convert pdf to work. I tried to convert a file but now I don't know where the converted file went. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi truckguy,

    In addition to the tip Florence gave you, you can find your files at any time by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files with your Adobe ID and password.

    Hi truckguy,

    After converting the file 'Download 'option will appear at the top right corner.

    Click on 'Download' button.

    Downloading notification will appear at the bottom of the screen.

    Click on arrow and choose the option 'Show In Folder'.

    It will direct you to the location where your desire file has saved.
