why can I not send a file?

I signed in but can not send my document without upgrading.  I've paid thru September.  any suggestions?@@

Do you have a paid subscription to either Adobe Send or PDF Pack? If your paid subscription is only for ExportPDF, that does not include the 'paid' features of Adobe Send.

Could you please let me know whether you are signed in at "Acrobat.com" or via Adobe Reader.

Tell me your workflow of sending the file. What type of file are you trying to send?

Also, please share the screenshot of the error message that you get.

Can you take a look at your plan by selecting My Plan from the dropdown next to your name in the upper-right corner?

Then you should see a page that shows your paid subscriptions. Could you confirm that you're seeing a paid subscription for either PDF Pack or Adobe Send, like this?


I think I found the problem. I lost my credit card and Adobe may not have been able to renew me.
