Why do I get a 404 error when logging in to Acrobat.com?

estou tentando entrar no meu acrobat.com mas está dando o erro 404, o que devo fazer?

    Hi emily_da,

    Please clear the browser cache and try to log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. Also, make sure that you're using a supported browser (System requirements | Acrobat.com), and that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
