Why does it ask me to subscribe again when I attempt to view the converted file?

Could you please let me know what Adobe online service have you subscribed for?

You might have subscribed for the service in the recent time only which is why it is showing that message.

Please try signing up after some time using your Adobe credentials as it can take few hours to process your order fully.

Try again after few hours and if you still face the trouble, let me know.
