Your website is not user friendly, I have had your service for some time now & have trouble EVERY time I try to convert a pdf to word, what are the exact steps i need to follow to get to "convert"??

the site is not user friendly, I can't find where to go to start the process.  Make it simple, please,

    You can do it online (on Adobe's web site), or with Acrobat Reader on Mac/Windows, or with Acrobat Reader on a mobile device. Start here Using Adobe Export PDF and let us know if you get stuck, which step you get stuck on.
