When I click on the photo section of the document in adobe it opens my computer index of files. Then I locate the photo to upload click on it and click on open. Typically that would send the photo to where ever you are trying to upload it to. But it isn't working. It's a jpeg file which adobe dc reader supports. I just can't figure it out?

    Hi Teddybear,

As per the information shared above, I believe you are working on Adobe Reader DC (free application)? If yes, then adding a picture in the pdf document would not be possible with the free application Adobe Reader DC. Because this can be done with "Edit Tool" and

Edit Tool is only available with the subscription based service Adobe Acrobat DC.

How does it works, for that you may see this help document - Edit images or objects in a PDF, Adobe Acrobat

There is a work around to get this done with Adobe Reader, you can refer to- insert an image in a pdf file on acrobat reader dc

Hope this is what you were looking for.
